YTQZ-800 single axis ceramic Mosaic cutting machine
Main Usage:
1. Floor tile or stone cutting, strip type or square type tile making. The tile of different width, which is among 25-600(800)mm, can be processed together.
2. With self-made platen, the machine can be used to cut mosaic of 10*10.
3. Reasonable design and high processing accuracy generate high cutting efficiency and large output.
Features:
(1) Longer lifespan of principal axis is accomplished by water cooling devices adopted by bearing pedestal which prevent the heating and high temperature among using.
(2) V type conveyor guiding is adopted to guarantee the conveying precision.
(3) Due to the structure of lifting dovetail groove and double supporting gantry, the cutting ismore stable and the vibration is less.
